1. Return Policy
- According to Article 13 of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights, except for the exceptions established by Article 14 of the same law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract and/or an off-premises contract within 14 calendar days without providing any justification.
This period is calculated as follows:
a) In the case of a service contract – from the date of contract conclusion;
b) In the case of a sales contract – from the moment the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer (excluding the carrier) takes possession of the goods;
c) In the case of an order consisting of multiple goods delivered separately – from the moment the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer (excluding the carrier) takes possession of the last item;
d) In the case of a contract for the regular (periodic) delivery of goods – from the moment the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer (excluding the carrier) takes possession of the first item.
2. Return Policy and Exceptions:
- In case you wish to return an item, it is mandatory to contact us and have the return processed by our operator.
- You have the right to initiate a return from the moment of item delivery, and this right remains valid for 14 calendar days from the date of receipt..
- If you do not initiate the return by completing the return form within 14 calendar days, you will lose the right to return the item..
- After completing the return form, you have 7 calendar days to return the item to the company. If this period expires, the company is not obligated to accept the return.
- You can return the item to the same branch from which it was picked up. In the case of delivery, you may return it to any branch of your choice..
- The hours for receiving returned items are as follows:
- Monday - 12:00 – 15:00 PM.
- Tuesday - 12:00 – 15:00 PM.
- Wednesday - 12:00 – 15:00 PM.
- Thursday - 12:00 – 15:00 PM.
- Friday - 12:00 – 15:00 PM.
- Please note that the company will not accept returned items outside of the specified hours..
- The company will provide the return (transportation) of the item using its own resources only in the following cases:
- The product does not match the order or the technical specifications listed on the website;
- The product has a manufacturing defect;
- The product is damaged during the transportation process;
- If the item and/or its accompanying parts/documents show any signs of alteration, the company reserves the right to question its authenticity/perfection and, accordingly, suspend the return procedure until investigative and diagnostic work is completed, which may take up to 14 working days. Depending on the condition of the item, you may receive a partial refund of the amount paid.
When returning an item, it is essential that the item is accompanied by all the parts and documents provided by the company at the time of delivery, including (but not limited to) the following:
- Sales receipt
- Proof of payment
- Warranty sheet
- Technical passport
- Any other accompanying documents
- The item's original packaging, etc.
- In the case of a manufacturing defect detected after 14 calendar days from the receipt of the item, the customer must act according to the applicable warranty terms (if such warranty exists).
- The item is not subject to return in cases defined by law (such as hygiene products, items under 30 GEL, etc.).
3. Compensation Policy:
- The company will issue a refund to the customer within 14 calendar days from the completion of the return form.
- Exception: If the returned item requires inspection by a service center, the refund will be issued based on the service center's conclusion, and the refund will be processed within 7 calendar days from the receipt of the service center's report.
- The corresponding price of the returned item will be refunded using the method through which the customer placed the order. (Exception: In the case of cash payments or payments via payment terminals, the refund will be issued to the bank account number provided by the customer through a bank transfer method.)
- If the item and/or its accompanying parts/documents show any signs of alteration, the company reserves the right to question its authenticity/perfection and, accordingly, refund a portion of the amount paid based on the evaluation of the item.
- The company will contact you regarding the value of the returned item after inspecting and evaluating its condition (the inspection may be carried out by the company/merchant or a service center).
4. Return Policy for Items Purchased on Installment
- The return of products purchased on installment and/or the cancellation of the installment plan is possible only with the company's consent, in accordance with the present return policy and the applicable laws of Georgia.
- The return of products purchased on installment may not be possible if the customer buys both returnable and non-returnable items together on installment.
5. Return Policy for Discounted (Sale) Items
- When returning an item purchased during a promotion, if the return violates the terms of the promotion, the company has the right to request the return of the benefits received through the promotion.
